1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the GymOS platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Scope

GymOS is software for gym owners and their teams to manage branches, memberships, members, trainers, payments, inquiries, approvals, schedules, commerce, and related operations. The platform may also support lead capture, public pricing journeys, trainer workflows, and member self-service experiences.

3. Business Customer Responsibilities

If you use GymOS as a gym owner, operator, or admin, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business and account information
  • Obtaining all permissions and lawful bases needed to collect and use member, trainer, and staff data
  • Configuring your prices, terms, staff access, communications, and payment settings lawfully
  • Ensuring your staff use the platform only for authorized business purposes
  • Keeping credentials and connected integrations secure

4. Lead, Inquiry, and Follow-Up Features

The platform may notify you when a visitor or prospective customer requests details, starts verification, enters or autofills contact information, begins signup, or starts a purchase flow for a plan, add-on, package, or other service.

You agree to use such inquiry data only for legitimate follow-up, support, sales, onboarding, or service completion, and not for harassment, spam, unlawful profiling, or any use prohibited by law.

5. Payments and Financial Operations

You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, discounts, taxes, manual transfer instructions, bank or UPI details, approval decisions, refunds, service activation rules, and branch-level commercial terms configured in your account. Payment processors and banks may impose separate rules and verification requirements.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use GymOS to:

  • Violate law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Store or process data without proper authority
  • Mislead members, trainers, staff, or prospects about pricing, access, refunds, or identity
  • Transmit malware, harmful code, or abusive content
  • Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or service interference
  • Use the platform for fraud, spam, or unlawful surveillance

7. Integrations and Messaging Channels

If you connect messaging or notification channels such as Telegram, WhatsApp, email, or payment accounts, you are responsible for ensuring those connections are authorized and used in compliance with applicable law and third-party terms.

8. Data and Compliance

As between you and Adrenaline Systems, you remain responsible for your business records and the personal data you or your team collect through the platform, except where law or contract clearly assigns a responsibility to Adrenaline Systems. You must provide required notices and obtain required consents from members, trainers, staff, and prospects.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where there is suspected fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, legal exposure, or material breach of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

GymOS, its software, interface, documentation, branding, and related materials are owned by Adrenaline Systems or its licensors. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the platform.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adrenaline Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from your business decisions, staff actions, customer disputes, trainer performance, payment failures, or third-party service interruptions.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
